About the Job :
Wadhwa & Co. is hiring Legal Trainee(s) – Litigation to join its New Delhi office. The role offers practical exposure to litigation practice and is ideal for recent law graduates and final-year law students looking to build a career in dispute resolution.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong drafting and court appearance skills
(ii) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(iii) Final-year LL.B. students (currently in their final semester) are also eligible to apply.
(iv) Candidates who have qualified the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) will be strongly preferred
(v) Preference will be given to candidates based in the Delhi NCR region.
(vi) Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct legal risk assessments.
(ii) Draft, structure, and negotiate commercial transactions and agreements in the media and entertainment sector.
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) The selected candidates will assist the litigation team in handling court matters, legal research, drafting, case preparation, and other litigation-related assignments.
(vi) Draft pleadings and legal submissions.
