About the Job :
DVS Law Chambers is hiring a Litigation Associate. The role is suited for advocates with significant litigation experience who are looking to work on complex, high-value disputes in a collaborative and professional environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong drafting and court appearance skills
(ii) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(iii) A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably before the Delhi Courts.
(iv) Candidates who have qualified the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) will be strongly preferred
(v) Preference will be given to candidates based in the Delhi NCR region.
(vi) Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
