LEXCLAIM is on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented IP & Patent Analyst to join their growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in intellectual property law — this opportunity is for you!
Eligibility :
(i) 1–3 years of experience in IP or Patent Analysis
(ii) Strong research & drafting skills
(iii) LL.B. from a reputed institution
(iv) Enrolled with Bar Council
(v) Prior experience in patent filing, research, or analysis is an added advantage.
(vi) A sharp, curious mind with a passion for IP law.
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents related to patent law.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
