Eligibility :
(i) The law qualified candidate must have 5 to 10 years of litigation experience.
(ii) Strong research & drafting skills
(iii) LL.B. from a reputed institution
(iv) Enrolled with Bar Council
(v) Keen to learn litigation
(vi) Excellent drafting and documentation skills
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
(iv) We require full time lawyers on retainer ship for litigation of our company, own cases both civil, criminal, arbitration & rent matters etc.
