About the Job :
Tripaksha Litigation has opened up applications for the position of a Junior Associate Advocate to work with them at their office in Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) PQE: 0–1 year experience
(ii) Strong research & drafting skills
(iii) LL.B. from a reputed institution
(iv) Enrolled with Bar Council
(v) Keen to learn litigation
(vi) Excellent drafting and documentation skills
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
