Eligibility :
(i) 3-6 yrs of relevant experience in civil/commercial litigation & arbitration before courts & tribunals (NCLT) in/around Mumbai. WIth minimum 2 years’ experience with a law firm in Mumbai.
(ii) The role requires excellent drafting skills, strong legal acumen, and the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently.
(iii) LL.B. from a reputed institution
(iv) Registration with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa
(v) Skilled in drafting pleadings, managing proceedings, and handling court/arbitration filings.
(vi) Excellent drafting and documentation skills
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
