About the Job :
White & Brief is seeking a technically strong Senior Associate to handle complex Indirect Tax and Customs matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
(v) Experience: 4–6 years (Indirect Tax & Customs – Advisory & Litigation)
Responsibility :
(i) Lead research and analysis on GST, Indirect Tax, and Customs matters
(ii) Draft opinions, submissions, and litigation documents independently
(iii) Interpret case laws and regulatory developments
(iv) Mentor junior team members and support business development initiatives
