About the Job :
Arnifi is expanding their legal team and is looking for a Legal Associate to join them at their Bangalore office.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
(v) Associate with 1–3 years of experience
Responsibility :
(i) Appear and argue in civil, consumer, and commercial litigation matters
(ii) Handle criminal law cases — bail applications, defense strategy, and coordination with law enforcement
(iii) Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and transactional documents
(iv) Advise clients on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and employment matters
(v) Work across family law, intellectual property, and environmental law mandates
