About the Job :
Proplex Consulting LLP is hiring a Senior Legal Associate to join its legal team and work on real estate transactions and property-related matters.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Strong expertise in property law and real estate transactions
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
(v) Knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct due diligence for property transactions
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate real estate legal documents
(iii) Perform legal searches and ensure regulatory compliance
(iv) Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide legal analysis
