About the Job :
ClairVolex is hiring Patent and Trademark Docketing Professionals for its Gurgaon team. The role is suitable for candidates with 1–4 years of experience in Patent Docketing or Trademark Docketing. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Eligibility :
• LL.B. qualification is mandatory
• 1–4 years of experience in Patent Docketing or Trademark Docketing.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good understanding of contracts and legal/regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Relevant experience in the Intellectual Property domain.
• Candidates interested in building their career in Intellectual Property.
Responsibility :
• Assisting with intellectual property and trademark matters
• Conducting legal research and providing litigation support
• Addressing legal queries across business functions
• Maintaining legal documentation, trackers, and repositories
• Working closely with the Legal team and business stakeholders
