About the Job :
Spark Legal is hiring a Senior Associate in Mumbai for its Transaction Advisory and General Corporate practice, requiring 4–5 years of transactional experience in VC and M&A matters.
Eligibility :
• LL.B. qualification is mandatory
• 4–5 years of transactional experience specifically in VC and M&A matters.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Strong experience handling transactional matters.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Strong experience handling transactional matters.
• Experience managing junior team members.
Responsibility :
• Handle and lead M&A transactions.
• Advise on venture capital transactions.
• Provide FEMA-related legal advice.
• Advise founders, startups, investors, and growing businesses on general corporate matters.
• Lead transactional matters from execution through completion.
