About the Job :
Chambers of Yagnik Shah & Co. is inviting applications for 2 full-time Associate Advocate positions in Ahmedabad. The role primarily involves handling matters for corporate clients across a broad disputes practice covering litigation, arbitration, IPR and allied areas.
Eligibility :
• LL.B. degree — 5-year or 3-year programme — or LL.M.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of any State
• Strong English drafting skills
• Good legal research skills
• Knowledge of Gujarati is not mandatory
• Candidates interested in litigation and corporate disputes
Responsibility :
• Drafting pleadings and legal documents
• Assisting during hearings
• Coordinating with clients and counsel
• Conducting legal research
• Handling matters and portfolios of corporate clients
