About the Internship :
Adv. Kinjal Dedhia & Associates is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and committed final-year law students interested in gaining hands-on experience in matrimonial and family law, including legal research, drafting, court proceedings and day-to-day litigation.
Eligibility :
* Final-year law students only
* Candidates genuinely interested in pursuing a long-term career in family law litigation
* Prior internship experience in family law will be preferred
* Strong computer, legal research and drafting skills
* Well-versed in English, with good spoken English, Hindi and Marathi
* Fast typing skills
* Comfortable travelling by public transport and attending court
* Candidates residing in the Mumbai suburbs will be preferred
* Willingness to follow office policies and code of conduct
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with legal research and drafting
* Preparing case summaries and reports
* Assisting in ongoing matrimonial and family law matters
* Supporting court proceedings and attending courts with senior
* Coordinating with senior associates on various assignments
* Performing other tasks as assigned from time to time
Duration : Minimum 1 year
