About the Internship :
PACTEDGE is inviting applications for its virtual winter internship batch from October to December 2026, offering practical exposure to company law, corporate advisory, compliance and business structuring.
Eligibility :
(i) Final-year law students only
(ii) Candidates genuinely interested in pursuing a long-term career in Company law , corporate advisory, compliance and business structuring.
(iii) Strong computer, legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Willingness to follow office policies and code of conduct
Responsibilities:
(i) Assist in legal drafting and documentation.
(ii) Conduct legal research and case analysis.
(iii) Support dispute resolution and financial law matters.
(iv) Interact with clients and maintain case records.
(v) Work closely with advocates and legal professionals.
Duration : Minimum 1 Month
