About the Internship :
Siddharth & Co., Advocates is inviting applications for a litigation internship for pre-final-year and final-year law students interested in pursuing a career in litigation. The firm is inviting applications for long-term interns who are serious about building a career in litigation. The internship is intended to provide immersive and demanding exposure to litigation matters.
Eligibility :
(i) A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, either pursuing or recently completed
(ii) LL.B. preferred
(iii) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
(iv) Good written and verbal communication skills
(v) Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
(vi) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
