About the Internship :
Chambers of Sushant Inderjeet Singh is inviting applications from law students for a four-week litigation internship. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in litigation, with opportunities to learn, research, draft and gain exposure to court proceedings.
Eligibility :
(i) A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, either pursuing or recently completed
(ii) LL.B. preferred
(iii) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
(iv) Good written and verbal communication skills
(v) Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
(vi) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Responsibilities:
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
