About the Job :
Bala Law Offices is hiring an Associate to join its real estate vertical. The role will involve real estate due diligence, legal research, and drafting of documents.
Eligibility :
(i) Excellent knowledge of labour and employment laws.
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Prior experience in handling employment disputes.
(vi) Law graduates who can read and understand Telugu.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting legal documents and agreements.
(ii) Preparing legal arguments.
(iii) Representing the firm and its clients before various courts.
(iv) Researching and analysing legal issues.
