About the Job :
Talekar and Associates is hiring for the following positions:
Litigation Associates – 2 positions
Associate – Briefing Counsel – 1 position
Long-term Interns – 3 positions
Eligibility :
(i)Law graduate with an LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. degree.
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Prior experience in handling employment disputes.
(vi) Freshers who meet the criteria and have excellent internship experience may also apply
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting legal documents and agreements.
(ii) Preparing legal arguments.
(iii) Representing the firm and its clients before various courts.
(iv) Researching and analysing legal issues.
(v) Drafting pleadings, petitions and applications.
(vi) Conducting legal research and statutory interpretation.
