About the Job :
Kaizen Law is hiring corporate lawyers at the following levels:
Principal Associate / Salaried Partner – 10+ years of experience.
Associate – 2+ years of experience.
Senior Associate – 4+ years of experience.
Eligibility :
(i)Law graduate with an LL.B. or B.A. LL.B. degree.
(ii) Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
(iii) Good communication & court room assistance
(iv) Ability to handle multiple matters independently
(v) Associate : Candidates should have 4+ years of experience.
(vi) Senior Associate: Candidates should have 2+ years of experience.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting legal documents and agreements.
(ii) Preparing legal arguments.
(iii) Representing the firm and its clients before various courts.
(iv) Researching and analysing legal issues.
(v) Drafting pleadings, petitions and applications.
(vi) Conducting legal research and statutory interpretation.
