Explanation
According to the maxim ‘Quod necessitas cogit, defendit’ whatever action has some force of necessity there is always as justification behind it.
Illustration
‘A’ was walking on the street; suddenly a dog ran behind him. ‘A’ out of necessity entered someone’s house without his/her permission. However, as there was necessity there was a justification.
