Rhea moves to the HC asking for plea made by Sushant’s sisters to be declined

Rhea Chakraborty has moved to the Bombay HC asking for the plea made by Sushant Singh Rajput’s sisters to quash FIR lodged by Rhea against them for forging and procuring a fake medical certificate for their late brother, to be declined. The FIR also included Dr. Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi. The sisters fraudulently procured a fake medical prescription in September.

In her complaint, Rhea alleged that soon after Sushant started taking these medicines his health deteriorated and he eventually passed away.

The sisters, pending hearing, also sought interim relief to stay proceedings arising out of FIR and restrain the prosecution from taking any coercive action against them. This was after they alleged that the contents of Rhea’s FIR contain contradictory statements as she first gave the statement that she does not suspect anyone for the actor’s death but later changed her stance and accused the sisters for administrating banned medicines under the NDPS Act.
