The full bench of Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, Justice M. S. Ramachandra Rao and Justice A. Rajashekar Reddy took suo moto cognizance of the prevailing extraordinary conditions and issued an order to extend all interim orders passed by the High Court till November 6th 2020.
Notably, the Teleganan High Court on Monday 7th September had extended the operation of interim orders passed by this court, as well as by the District and other Subordinate Courts till October 1st 2020.
The order reads as follows:
“Considering the beginning of the spread or COV1 D-19, considering the Nationwide Lockdown announced by the Government of India for a period of twenty-one days, with effect from 25.03.2020, by Order elated 27.03.2020, this full Bench had extended the stay orders passed by this Court, as well as by the District and other Subordinate Courts, and had also barred execution of any decree by the Executing Courts.
Considering the present situation, and considering the fact that the Courts may not be in a position to work. in the physical form totally till 15.07.2020, the Order dated 27.03.2020, is extended till 15.07.2020. Under this Order, the undertakings given before the Courts shall stand extended till 15.07.2020.”
