In light of a complaint filed by GSM (Goa Suraksha Manch), a political party against actor- model Milind Soman for running nude on one of the beaches in Goa, the Goa police has registered a case against him.
He has been charged under section 294 of the IPC for carrying out obscene acts in public and section 67 of the IT Act, as the picture was uploaded on his Instagram handle.
The political party alleges that the conduct of the actor- model portrays goa in a wrong manner. Another similar incident took place in Goa where the actress Poonam Pandey and her husband were arrested by the Goa police for trespassing on government property and shooting an objectionable video at a dam in Canacona town in South Goa.
