Since the beginning of the pandemic situation, it was a matter of question when will the competitive exams of the students would be conducted amidst this situation. It was a hay-way condition and the students were stuck in between and cannot decide what to do.
However, on Tuesday The National Testing Agency (NTA) issued a press notice stating that NEET (UG) and JEE (Main) exams will be held on the dates as it was announced before. The concerned dates for the JEE exams are from September 1 to 6 and the date for the date of NEET exam is on September 13.
Earlier on this matter, a petition was filed by the students, seeking postponement of exams amid COVID-19, which was dismissed by the Supreme Court. The court stated that- “We find that there is absolutely no justification in the prayer made for postponement of the examination in question relating to NEET-UG 2020 as well as JEE (Main)”.

The admit cards of the students giving JEE Main has been released by the NTA and that the admit cards of NEET-UG will be released shortly.
