On 25th November, the full bench of Telangana High Court has issued the order that all the interim orders passed by this Court and other Sub-Ordinate Courts are to be extended till 11th December, 2020. Earlier, the bench had extended life of its interim orders till 30th November in view of the amidst Covid-19 situation.
Prevailing to extraordinary circumstances and taking Suo moto cognizance, the Bench of Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao & Justice A. Rajashekar Reddy have considered that the extending its order are since 08-06-2020 till 11-12-2020.
Specifically, the High Court underlined in its order that “it made abundantly clear that thereafter, the parties, wishing to seek the extension of their stay order are required to approach the concerned court, with these observations, this Writ Petition shall stand closed.”
Therefore, it implies that there won’t be any further extension of the interim orders and that the High Court extended the operation of the interim orders for one last time.
