About the Job : Senior Advocate Avi Singh is looking to engage one or more Juniors to assist him in his practice in New Delhi.
Eligibility :
(i) Fresh law graduates (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB) from reputed law colleges
(ii) Candidates must have a strong command of the English language
(iii) A demonstrable interest in international law, along with strong research and drafting skills, will be preferred.
(iv) Strong drafting, due diligence, and research skills
(v) Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Responsibilities :
(i) Conduct legal research and drafting.
(ii) Assist in court filing and procedural work.
(iii) Prepare case briefs and documentation.
(iv) Attend court proceedings and coordinate filings.
